Hi! I'm so grateful you’re here and open to exploring a journey of self-love and wellness with me!
As a Self-Love Advocate, I believe that self-love is the foundation for everything in our lives, and when it is nourished we can live the life we desire, even when life feels messy.

My own life experiences have inspired me to learn and share ways to enhance our emotional and mental well-being—not just for myself, but for my children too. My life use to be filled with so many challenges, chaos and heartbreak. I had countless stories about why life felt hard and plenty of people I could blame. Holding onto these challenging experiences, and not taking responsibility for my own happiness, was keeping me stuck, and unknown to me at the time, it was leaving my nervous system in chaos. I lacked boundaries, self-love, and accepted unhealthy relationships. I held onto my emotional suffering for so long that one weekend I thought I was having heart attacks...turns out, it was anxiety, and right then I knew that I had to make a change.

On my quest for change, I found an Energy Medicine Practitioner who sparked something in me. I didn’t fully understand what she did, but I took a leap of faith and committed to our sessions. For what felt like the first time, I began to feel genuine self-worth, and the fog of chaos was lifting. I started to view life through a new lens, embracing a story filled with love, joy, and hope! My journey was far from over, but I was on a new path! This path lead me to working with women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, set strong/healthy boundaries, and create healthier relationships—with others, with their money, and most importantly, with themselves. I believe that self-love creates massive transformation!

A little personal info about me... I’m passionate about self-love practices, experiencing new modalities, personal development, and most importantly...my not so little kids! In my free time, I love taking walks by the water while keeping my eyes open for treasures, soaking up sunshine, gardening in my bare feet, and a book on the beach I will take any day! Seeing people express their passions, especially through storytelling, song, or dance, lights me up. At my core, I'm an entrepreneur, nurturer, pattern breaker, manifester and sharer of information. I thrive on learning new things, adopting fresh perspectives, and intentionally creating my life on purpose!

When I use energy medicine with my clients, such as The Emotion Code, Body Code & Belief Code, my clients can let go of the energetic blocks, the emotional baggage, and negative beliefs that are keeping them stuck in the past, contributing to their emotional/physical suffering, and keeping them in looping patterns(experiencing the same thing over and over).
When my clients release these energetic blocks, they begin to open up space for emotional/physical healing, new beliefs, and new ways of experiencing life. Life begins to feel lighter, more manageable, it begins to shift, and the messiness is easier to navigate.
I truly believe that when we use energy medicine to release what is blocking us from fully loving ourselves, we can create our lives on purpose and with passion!

Sessions are done over the phone, through email, or video call. There is NO TALK therapy involved, you do not need to reveal any events from the past or present. With energy healing you sit back and relax, while your
subconscious does all the work.

When I am looking for some energetic support on the go, I turn to this awesome little frequency device called The Healy! The Healy scans the energetic body, and identifies what is holding the body out of alignment. After scanning, it recommends & applies frequency programs that are best suited to bring the body back into balance. The Healy is where science meets ancient wisdom!
